I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointments, but please remember to be courteous by letting me know 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it or reschedule. You may leave a Facebook or Instagram message to cancel or preferably through the booking app. Please do this as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I can attempt to schedule your appointment to another client who may be on my waiting list.
When you book an appointment at Top To Toe Waxing, your time here is very important to me, Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else, without it affecting my ability to operate. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened and/or cancelled to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.

To my wonderful returning Guests, I am so sorry for having to implement this policy.
Unfortunately, there are people in the world that seem to take pleasure from making bookings (and in this most recent case, multiple bookings!) and then not turning up for their treatment.
Having not been able to work during Lockdown (quite rightly) and as a newly self-employed person, not being eligible to claim any of the Government help schemes, I had no income in that period.
Now, to have “no shows” (and no communication, at all from them) is really quite painful, when I am trying to rebuild my business.
