With every professional business there is a serious side, this is my livelihood and my only source of income. Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate my policy.
All bookings are now through my booking app https://toptotoewaxing.book.app/ which will require a 50% per person non-refundable or transferable booking fee (a non-refundable booking fee is not a deposit, please do bear this in mind when booking with me). The booking isn’t confirmed until I have approved it and you have received a confirmation email.
I use Square to take payments and card capture through my booking app. Their privacy policy can be found on the following link: https://squareup.com/gb/en/legal/general/privacy all payment information is encrypted and securely held by them at all times whilst you are registered on my booking app.
I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointments. You are free to move your appointment twice, at any point up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment through the booking app. After this time, you will be unable to move it. Should you attempt to move your appointment more than twice, I reserve the right to retain your booking fee and you will be required to pay a further booking fee for any subsequent bookings. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, I will refund your booking fee, less £10 admin charge. If your booking fee is less than £10, no refund will be issued.
Please do cancel as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I can attempt to reschedule your appointment to another guest who may be on my waiting list. Should there be another guest, either on my waiting list or someone who fills your cancelled appointment through advertising it on my various social media channels, I will refund half of your booking fee to you, providing that they are having an equal or higher cost treatment.
Treatment times I set in the booking app, allow time for me to provide a quality experience and thoroughly clean and sanitise before my next guest. It unfortunately does not allow for you to arrive late, knowing that you have an hours appointment slot, for a treatment that may only take 30 minutes (I also do like a comfort break now and again and factor this in also), if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened and/or cancelled to avoid inconveniencing the guest that has a booking after you and full payment for the treatment booked will still be required.
If you book, for example, The Traditional Brazilian, Full Leg and Underarm package and then on the day, just decide you want the Full leg and Underarm part, you will still be charged for the booking you have made as I have allocated the time for that treatment.
If you do not attend your appointment, or any of the above needs to be applied to you, I will charge the card you have used to book with me for the full booked treatment. Should that card no longer be valid for any reason and you do not contact me to arrange payment another way, no further appointments will be accepted until payment has been made in full.
